Project Overview
The development of an old mill factory building into 68 1 bedroom Apartments. A complete mechanical and electrical fit out consisting of 68 1 bedroom open living apartments. MVL Upgraded the buildings existing infrastructure to accommodate the new requirements as well as installation of 68 MVHR units to make the fit out more energy efficient. Working closely with the main contractor and the client to achieve Project completion on time.
