Project Overview

Development of a 6 story new build residential block consisting of 118 apartments. Settle the client purchased an old VW car showroom and is now building a 6 story residential building to accommodate 118 2bed and 1 bed apartments. MVL carrying out the Mechanical & Electrical fitout of the apartments including the ground floor car park, roof gardens, communal areas and infrastructure. Project to be delivered early 2024.
