Project Overview
St Helen's Place runs east off Bishopsgate and is equidistant between Lloyd's of London, The Bank of England, Liverpool Street station and Spitalfields market.
It has been home to The Leatherseller's Company since 1543 when the two acre site was purchased after the dissolution of the monasteries. Refurbishment works began May 2017 to the 1st floor of no 5. MVL carried out a complete new refurbishment to 2 refreshment stations, installing Zip Taps pumps and complete new pipework within the kitchen areas.
